In addition to that and through this program, "Ward Organization" aims at creating employment opportunities for the youth, especially between the age of 15 to 35 years old, to improve their economic and social conditions.
Accordingly, this program works on developing youth professional and technical capabilities to offer them job opportunities or give them support to open their own business.
We also provide all possible facilities for the target groups to obtain small loans to start their small projects. Through this program as well; we create strong relationships between youth and women on one hand, and between companies and the private and public sectors on the other hand; hence, as we offer them a ¬¬lot of acquaintance and experience.
